Refunds, Restocking Fee & Timing

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, including unclaimed, undelivered, or returned packages.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are not reimbursed by South Beach Perfumes.

  • A restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Please allow standard bank processing times after we complete your refund.


Condition Requirements

Any merchandise that is not in its original condition and packaging is non-refundable. Please return items unused, unopened, and in sellable condition.
