Shipping Responsibility & Package Security

Once a package leaves our warehouse, South Beach Perfumes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Free Shipping Policy

• Free shipping is available when your order meets the minimum purchase amount advertised on our website.

• All free shipping orders are shipped via UPS Ground.

• Free shipping does not apply to orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Mexico.

Standard U.S. Ground Shipping

• All U.S. orders ship via UPS Ground.

Shipping to Mexico (International)

• Estimated delivery time: 10–15 business days (excluding weekends).

• Service includes Delivery Duty Paid (DDP)—all customs and duties are prepaid, so there are no extra charges at delivery.

• A signature may be required upon delivery.

• This service does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
