A: Yes. At South Beach Perfumes, we only sell 100% authentic, brand-name fragrances and beauty products. We do not sell knock-offs, imitations, or counterfeit items.

Q: How do you guarantee authenticity?
A: We source our products directly from authorized distributors and trusted suppliers. Each item is stored in a climate-controlled warehouse, then inspected and photographed before shipping.

Q: Why are your prices lower than department stores?
A: We buy in bulk, work with authorized suppliers, and keep our overhead costs low. This allows us to pass savings on to you while still offering genuine designer fragrances.

Q: What happens if I receive a product and suspect it’s not genuine?

Q: Do you sell tester bottles or only retail packaging?
A: From time to time, we may offer authentic tester bottles (always clearly labeled). These are 100% genuine and come directly from the fragrance manufacturers, just without retail packaging.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders placed before 1 pm EST, Monday–Friday, are processed the same day. Orders placed after 1 pm are processed the next business day. During high volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! Orders that meet the advertised minimum purchase amount qualify for free UPS Ground shipping within the continental U.S. (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Mexico).

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Standard UPS Ground shipping takes approximately 2–8 business days, depending on location. Please note these are estimated delivery times and not guaranteed.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we ship to Mexico only. Delivery takes 10–15 business days and includes Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), so no additional customs fees are charged at delivery.

Q: Are shipping fees refundable?
A: No. Shipping fees are non-refundable, including costs for unclaimed, undeliverable, or returned packages.

No. Only unopened products in original condition and packaging are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase.
