Overall I must say it’s been a great pleasure shopping on this site. It’s the 3rd time around I’ve purchased from this site with no issues. Perfumes are legit, no fakes. Firstly let me say, the cologne seems to be legit. Problem I had is, when I order 12 of the item I only received 6. Called the number on website an was unable to get a customer service rep. Was so furious I emailed SBF a couple of time during which I got no response from them. Went to the website an got a live chat option an the person said that they saw my emails an that I would be receiving another shipment of 6 in a couple off days. My problem with this seller is that the shipping process is horrible and to add to it the communication between them an the buyers are terrible. They don’t even reply to your emails nor do they inform you abt the split shipping packages. My thing is all they had to do was to send an email informing me that my order would be two separate shipments. Another thing, they said that they shipped 2 separate packages which they lied, cuz when I checked the tracking number on the ups website the label was created an ups was awaiting to pick up. Two days after the label was created is when they shipped out the other half of my missing order. Not sure I would trust to buy from this website again. To many issues with shipping an you cannot directly get in contact with a representative of the company. Seems a bit shady if you ask me.
