Your Happy was a very poor quality. I couldn't smell it after two to three hours.

Everything from ordering the item until receiving it was absolutely perfect . Items arrive in cushioned box with fragile labels over it . It was definitely packed with care and appreciation. It even had a thank you note. Colognes are authentic and packed in original packaging. Thank u So much South Beach perfumes for your unique care .

It is to be a gift for my sister.She loves that perfume.
My only problem is that your company needs to preface all your rules on the front in,instead of the back end.If I had known all these "particular" rules,I would have not ordered.You should be held responsible, if the product was not sealed,damaged or old/offsetting due to age.Due to your strict unfair rules,I probably won't be buying again?? And I should've gotten a refund on my shipping,since I used a coupon for free shipping, and delay in my order.I sent a email,regarding this matter🤔😤
