My only problem is that your company needs to preface all your rules on the front in,instead of the back end.If I had known all these "particular" rules,I would have not ordered.You should be held responsible, if the product was not sealed,damaged or old/offsetting due to age.Due to your strict unfair rules,I probably won't be buying again??
